HOW WE TURN BIG ROOLS INTO BIG SHEETS!
Rolling Cutter!
This is our massive sheeter! With it we can take massive rolls of media of most any thickness and convert it to huge stacks of sheets of massive size!
The sheeter uses a very large drum shaped holder for a cutting blade. It can be timed and synced with the speed of the feed system to powerfully cut the material at a predetermined point.
Deliverables
With the assistance of the sheeter, we are able to take the raw material and transition it to sizeable media for our clients. We make sure the media has the proper proportions, per client demand, before moving it to the next part of the process and shipping.
Results
Once we have finished processing the media through the sheeter, we confirm that the dimensions are of proper spec before we move the material to the next stages of the All Weather process. With a clean & smooth finish, we package the material in a presentable manner to be delivered to our clients.
